The live mobile phone video streaming service Qik recently announced that it has added support for a range of feature phones. Previously, Qik only supported smartphone platforms such as S60. Now it will work on a number of Nokia and Sony Ericsson phones running Java-based operating systems. Some of the new handsets supported include the Nokia 6500 and the Sony Ericsson K850. Qik also said that support for BlackBerries and CDMA-based Series 40 phones is in the works.
